Arizon Companies is looking for a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager with 5-10 years of business development experience to create high level corporate account relationships and lead the expansion and development of a strategic account sales organization. Primary functions of this role include national account identification, prospecting, sales and marketing strategy, and overall customer care.   This position will collaborate closely with our inside sales team and manufacturer's representatives.   We welcome applicants who are excited by the opportunity and challenge of working in a dynamic fast-paced high growth environment. 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Build and execute a proven strategy for identify, evaluating and developing new Fortune 500 accounts in the US and Canada
  • Proactively seeking new national prospects and build sales processes to support new business development
  • Call on high level decision makers at identified targets.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships.
  • Utilize direct and indirect sales efforts to identify and influence design specifications for new construction projects and savings opportunities for energy retrofits.
  • Engage internal and management resources in a competitively advantaged was to enhance with sales process.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing  and other Business Development Executives to develop strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
  • Develop sales tools, including product demonstrations presentation, educational webinar recordings, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct sales training programs to cover products for customers and manufacture representations.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; with minimum of 3.2 GPA.
  • 5-10 years of design/build experience.
  • Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
  • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
  • Computer skills: proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCad.
