The primary function of the Arizon Companies Marketing Specialist is to create and develop potential leads/sparks through online and email marketing outreach. In addition, this position will support the development of target lists for outreach as well as content creation for the Inside Sales department. The Marketing Specialist will work alongside Arizon's marketing team to identify a target market, create a brand image, and create and maintain a marketing campaign for the internet and for digital technologies.


Digital Marketing

  • Use Google Adwords to develop leads for each of the Arizon brands.
  • Use CRM to develop and send out leads for each of the Arizon brands
  • Utilize the latest online marketing tactics to develop year over year increases in leads and sparks for each Arizon brand.
  • Research and develop targets for each of the Arizon brands
  • 30-40% of overall time to be spent researching prospective customers through a variety of tactics such as Google search,, Hoovers, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build lists of prospective customers for outreach
  • Develop scripts/content for outreach to prospective customers
  • Identify key online networking/communications sources for additional leads/brand awareness
  • Assist sales with creating and sending outreach to prospects
  • Increase overall brand awareness for Arizon through online marketing tactics
  • Increase overall company awareness for Arizon HR
  • Outreach to potential customers through personalized email
  • Present to potential customers through webinars and possibly in-person presentations
  • Manage the digital marketing budget

Search Engine Optimization

  • Employ strategic copy/web content to maximize each Arizon brands organic web rankings
  • Ensure each Arizon brand website appears high on the list of results returned by a search engine vs. competition.
  • Increase the current rankings year-over-year

Website Content Development

  • Assist in the creation of websites and landing pages as well as the creation of content for social media and web platforms as it pertains to Arizon brands to maximize search rankings and results


  • Provide support in maintaining Salesforce records of incoming leads, follow-up and throughout the entire development process.
  • Capture all relevant customer information for distribution to outside sales
  • Track all relevant leads, sparks, meetings, webinars and positive interactions via various campaigns
  • Ensure content is accurate and filter system for errors


  • 4 year college degree required


  • Google Adwords strongly preferred
  • experience preferred.
  • Very detail oriented, HIGHLY organized.
  • Self-motivated; Seeks out "weak spots" in existing processes, procedures, a material, etc. and proposes new ways to do them, or creates projects based on the division/sales team/etc. needs.
  • Able to finish tasks on time, or within a reasonable period of time when deadlines are not given.
  • Able to multitask and handle long to-do lists involving multiple variables and people.
  • Courteous and professional phone skills.
  • Strong writing & grammatical skills.
  • Professional in dealings with all prospective customers.
  • Friendly attitude; need to be able to "mesh" with prospects, customers and the team internally.
  • Reliable.
